Authenticity work is foundational

Relational Therapy for Gay Men Navigating Identity, Intimacy, and Belonging.

The past is never dead. It’s not even the past.

Do you feel like you’re carrying a story that has been fragmented by the world around you? Perhaps you’ve learned to navigate life by wearing different masks—functioning at a high level, yet feeling a quiet disconnection in the spaces where your identity, behaviors, and your desires meet.

Sometimes these feelings stem from years of surviving in environments that weren’t built to hold you. Whether you are carrying the weight of perfectionism, the pressure of expectations, or even the exhaustion of rebellion, it can feel like you are constantly fighting to stay afloat. You might find yourself caught in patterns that once helped you cope—whether through substances, sexual behaviors, or a constant state of hyper-vigilance.

Maybe you are navigating the expectations of a conservative or difficult background. This tension often ripples into the most important parts of your life: a recurring pattern in your relationships, or a struggle to feel present or satisfied at work. You may even find yourself trying to rescue or save others as an unconscious way to protect the parts of yourself that feel most vulnerable.

You don’t have to navigate these intersections alone.

I help gay men untangle these layers so they can move toward a life of integration. Therapy is a non-judgmental space to slow down and listen to the parts of yourself that need to be heard. Together, we can honor and reclaim your story, and create a life that feels more like yours.

Shame is the emotion we experience when we are aware of the parts of ourselves that are not integrated.

Human flourishing is not about escaping suffering, but staying present through it.
